Calorie counting and an increase in water intake combined with a few hikes has my weight on a downward move again. I have a long way to go, but I have all the time in the world to do it.

I also increased my water intake along with counting calories in a food journal. We got lots of time to get where we want to be. This is a nice start, good work!
