Been still riding my bike, 20+ miles a day but not as often, been raining a lot lately. Exercising at 5 days a week indoors with crunches, push ups, squats with weights. Lifting dumbell weights at 60+ curls each arm. Trying to eat good but still have issue with no morning breakfast at times. Dinner is usually a good protein rich food like chicken or pork. Can't seem to cut out too many carbs, but I am very low on sugar content. Eating sunflower seeds helps with muf and puf in diet though.
