Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 07 January 2016

So this is my 1st official weigh-in for 2016 and I'm calling it DAMAGE CONTROL from the festive season.

This is the best weight gain I could have asked for :) Only 0.8kg gain from my pre-New-Year's-Day weight :)

My unofficial Monday post-New-Year's-Weekend weight was 114.1kg and my official weight today which is 3 days later is 110.4kg :D That's a 3.7kg drop in weight after all the madness of eating tons of food and junk although it's still a 0.8kg gain from last week :)

Very happy to start my 2016 like this :) Now to keep on track for losing all the weight gained over this festive season and drop my weight to even lower than I dropped it in 2015 :)

All the best everyone!!!

Well done on losing the holiday weight so fast. Some of us are still struggling to shake it off.

Andro81 most of that weight was undigested food and water in my body. I ate alot of meat over the New Year weekend. I found what works for me : Fast Days to lower my intake of calories which will cause a calorie deficit and force my body to use what it has & Gym Workouts to burn up existing calories. As long as one can follow what works for them on an ongoing basis, weight/fat will fall :)
