Ugh. One pounds. Chalk it up to xmas cookies and chocolate truffles. Need to start going to the gym 3x per week. Will be doing yoga every day when off for vacation.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
