Okay, as I always knew...this is a LIFESTYLE change. Not a 2009 change. Time to get back on the band wagon. I'm not too terribly disappointed in myself. However, I never got to my goal weight and alerady the pounds are coming back on. I need calorie counting in addition to excercise to make this work. 150, here I come!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
