I'm certain that Sunday's fast helped. I was fairly "bloated" from all the prime rib & garlic mashed potatoes over Christmas, my birthday & New Year's Eve. My last weigh-in was on the first, so my body has also had a chance to react to changes in diet and drastically lower carb intake. Moving in the right direction. :D
132.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
