I can not get motivated. i am eating too much and not drinking water and not exercising enough.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I hear you. I hate water and hate excercising. So I'm doing little at a time. only drinking 1 liter (4 cups of water) this week. It's hard to dilute the coffee out of my system. lol

Why don't you make yourself "earn" your food, so to speak? Whenever you want to eat something, you first have to drink one or two glasses of water or walk for at least 10 to 15 minutes...sometimes we have to trick our bodies a little bit to get going. Good luck!

I only wish I could say something to help, its raining here today and I feeling very unmotivated myself! My goal is just to make it through the day without running to the store an buying a pint of ice cream!
