So, holidays, right?

I have never seen so much red on a weigh in feed. Would be a shame to not come out and own it: have totally gained 5 pounds over the hols.

Not too proud and I can definitely feel it on me. I did, however, stick to regular yoga classes so at the very least feeling toned!
185.8 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
