As I had said Thursday, I did my weekly weight today, comes in at 128 for the avg. this takes into acct eating oysters on New Year's, Theater popcorn yesterday, and Olive garden last night, really the only indulgence we allowed ourselves throughout the holidays!!,so if I took Thursdays weight and today's, avg would be 127.4 not too bad over all.
Tomorrow I have to weigh myself, as I have a Dr appt. but I'm really going try to do a 3 / wk weight, and avg. after weighing every day, it will be hard to break I'm sure but I need to break my obsession, I know we eat right, absconded walk enough for 2-3 people each day so it should be ok. weighing every day causes my Bipolar to spike/ dip some days and then I think I have to starve for a day. so wish me luck!! gonna try it this week, and will report Sunday prob. weigh tomorrow, Wednesday, Fri, maybe Sun this week, then try a 3 day alternating schedule.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
