Even though it's Sunday, I'm not waiting for Sunday to start watching my weight! Today is a new day and I'm ready to get this weight off!! Adios kilos!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
