at my highest ever really. This follows a December of splurging.We visited relatives in TEnerife who really like to enjoy life to the full. They wined and dined us relentlessly every day. Who could refuse, it was grandad's 80th birthday?
Shortly following on was the Christmas season, starting with a party that we gave for 18 people involving canapes and so on, then there was Christmas and the festive meal as well as the snacks leading up to it. I did not deprive myself as usual, but nor did I go overboard. I have not weighed myself since before going away. Well this is the start of the new year and I have an appointment booked with a dietitian on the 6th so I need to start monitoring what I am eating and eating more carefully.
Oh, and I'm going to have a dry January.
