didnt want to weigh til the last day of the month but the red weigh now sign got to me.MADE MY FIRST GOAL!!!top belly 42",bottom 44".FEEL GREAT
189.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
