I've enjoyed a couple of the receipes I found from fellow South Beachers which really helped this week. The Salmon and mashed cauliflower were really good.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
