Went to a carry in last night. Took hummus, carrots and crackers. Ate mostly that and dried cranberries and nuts someone else brought. Watched everyone else eat all kinds of cakes and donuts, but could not stay away from peanut butter granola bar, why did I think that was any healthier or vegan than the chocolate cake? Did avoid trying a lot of stuff I would have other wise eaten because of vegan diet. But white crackers and pepper jely are still empty calories whether they are vegan or not.
