Last Wednesday I was able to play 2 hockey games back to back and did not keel over :)

Today did Strong Lifts B and Elliptical. Feeling really good now. When I go to make a muscle, there is actually a little one there where before there was nothing :)

I am moving around better and walking up stairs is becoming MUCH easier !
286.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 86.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
