Last couple of months have been weird, food wise

# First there was the mass of fruit from out trees and jam and wine and pies etc to be eate,
# then a visit by a friend from the States, and the conommitant increased in alcohol consumption... one has to be sociable, right?
# then a rotator cuff injury left me unable to do my usual body-weight exercises,
# this followed by my spending a month in US, not getting a job there, but instead getting divorced, and now we have
# Christmas, to shortly followed by my birthday, and then New Year.

So, some stressors there, and nothing I would call routine.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
