Got way off my plan when I made a huge move, transferring from CA to NJ. Italian food was everywhere and being half Italian and not having any for years, I went overboard eating all I could. Today I have recommitted to a return to my new "old" eating habits of mostly plant based foods, which I truly love. So far one week has passed on my recommitment.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
