Been working out for a month straight. Weekends off. My weight has not changed, infact, sometimes it goes up. What the heck! I've been watching what I eat pretty closely, though we did do a cookie exchange between friends and that has been a downfall of mine. I've decided to focus on my measurements, because my clothes are loose, which is awesome. Focus on the positive!!

Hmmm. Basically the best loss of inches has been my waist, but that's a good thing, I can tell there is no more muffin top. My back has been really bad so I can't do as much crunches as I'd like. Working on it.
Want to loose some inches around my butt!! lol. My friend and I are doing a mini challange, to loose 5 lbs by the end of oct. at this rate, I'll never get there. Need to pick it up a notch I guess!!!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would look at your caloric intake and WHAT kinds of foods you are eating. Protein and high fiber foods help us lose the best and protein helps build muscle and make you leaner (loss of fat/inches). You can get smaller and stay the same weight with exercise, but I would look at your diet. Losing weight is about 80% diet even though exercise is really important. You might try 1500 a day for a week and see what happens. Many times we take in more than we think we are even if we are eating healthy. Good luck, your doing great.

I think you are looking really good! I checked ya out the other day! Keep it up proud of you! My goal too is to have no muffin top as well! So far no go!
