Been working out for a month straight. Weekends off. My weight has not changed, infact, sometimes it goes up. What the heck! I've been watching what I eat pretty closely, though we did do a cookie exchange between friends and that has been a downfall of mine. I've decided to focus on my measurements, because my clothes are loose, which is awesome. Focus on the positive!! W = 34" H = 44" B = 41" RT 25.5" LT 25.5" RTC 16.5" LTC 16.5" RTBIC 12.5" LTBIC12.5" Hmmm. Basically the best loss of inches has been my waist, but that's a good thing, I can tell there is no more muffin top. My back has been really bad so I can't do as much crunches as I'd like. Working on it. Want to loose some inches around my butt!! lol. My friend and I are doing a mini challange, to loose 5 lbs by the end of oct. at this rate, I'll never get there. Need to pick it up a notch I guess!!!
