My diet plan is a combination of Special K challenge, 3 apples a day, mediterranean syle food, lots of water, and a couple of supplements.
breakfast will be an apple and Special K Protein Plus cereal and black coffee
Snacks will be a Special K protein snack bar or fruit or can veg juice 2 x's per day.
Dinner will be normal meals I prepare at home. Usually fish or chicken with one veg and a salad.
Supplements I am taking are Chitosan with Glucomannan Alive Multivitamin for women and at night before bed I take AminoSculpt.
