Today is going to be different. All I have to do is focus on the next 16 waking hours. I am committed to eating well and giving my body the nutrition it needs and not overwhelming it with junk. Just 16 hrs is all I have to think about. I jogged this morning for 15 minutes. I'm so stinking proud of myself. That's a big deal, getting up at 6, out the door at 6:30 and back by 7. I feel good about doing something for myself and taking action towards my goal. i walked the remaining 15 minutes to cool down. It feels good in my mind and heart to do something for myself like that. That's exactly the kind of activity I need to start my day and know I can make good choices throughout the rest of my day. I am going to Zumba class this evening which will be a ton of fun because I like salsa dancing.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
