Here I am again. Trying to be more mindful of journaling on a regular basis but I guess every weigh in is my pattern. Still plodding on with the regimen. Again I have young house guests for a week. On vacation and eating 'vacation style' so I am conscious to do all the activities with them and to continue my yoga and stick to realistic portions. I am down another 1.6 pounds. I have been to a lot of dinners and refining how I handle eating w/ others
