changed my diet since my weight was not moving anymore althou i did notice that was looking slimmer and i am fitting into my panths and shirts that had become smaller, now eating less carbs to a maximum 80 grams and day and hoping to see more fat reduction in the waiste and legs.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 54.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
