wow i find my self back to square one gained so musch weight its not even funny i have been eating too much but i am back on the work out routine just to note i stared working out consistanly on the 1 of august and i a on my second week working out. i need to bet the full supplemt for my breakfast and egg whites and more whey protein to bring up y protein consumption. so been on the grind but have not been completing the full weeks workout. Running short on deadlifts.
