Almost there. Holidays have been tough, but I'm tougher.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Atkins is hard because you always feel unsatisfied, even after eating. Resist the urge to binge on something high in carbs. Eat nuts and drink water instead.

nuts but in moderation. cheese cubes, sliced boiled eggs, or deviled eggs made with dill pickle relish instead of sweet pickles. sliced pepperoni and salami. celery stuffed with cream cheese and chopped walnuts, or p nut butter or pimento cheese. oh yes pork skins. If you look you will find something to munch on that is zero carb.

Thank you, yes, but be careful about cheese too. Should pick drier cheeses that have converted sugars to protiens well, like blue cheese, cheddar, parmesan, etc., and NOT american.
