GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! SOOOOO MAD AT MYSELF!! I WAS STUCK AT THIS 66 PLATEAU FOR STUFFIN MONTHS LAST TIME!!! I SWORE I WOULD NEVER EVER ALLOW MYSELF TO GET BACK THERE AND WHALAH... LOOKY HERE!!

DAMMIT ALL!!!

finally got the all clear from the surgeoun to run again, except NONE of my running shorts fit with the ass/belly combo, and i need to get R2000 takkies which have the extra cushioning to protect the foot!!

did i say GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR?
