Been very slack in the exercise department, but still trying to watch what I eat.

Will have to pull my finger out this week and try to lose about 1.5kg to get back on track. =(
295.9 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
