4am! heading to work....hate it! off at 2pm....making chili that i cant have but my son loves it....i can have a taste lol....i am making it with ground turkey breast but that doesnt help much. Bloemers is 21% fat...sheesh! thats why i just have a taste....literally....anyway im having salad and veg soup from bob evans which is awesome
154.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
