Wow! So it looks like my weight took off in the right direction. I am off processed sugar for almost 4 months after starting a "100 Days of No Sugar" challenge to put me on track, and with the plan to continue the same way. The challenge ended about 2 weeks ago and the days right before and right after were a little triggering. I had to choose between "going back to the old ways now" and "staying on the same track" even though challenge was (technically) over. I stayed.
This week I didn't even try hard, I just ate "normally" and 2+ lbs came off. More so, I noticed my "normal" was redefined. I don't eat the junk food not because "I shouldn't even though I crave it" but because "I don't want that". Life is sooooo much easier from this place. I still have to stay vigilant, but it's much easier to maintain habits already formed than the first weeks/months when change was still new.
Thank you all for your friendship and support, it makes such a difference!
