I hit everything exactly right yesterday on my diet. 3 excellent meals, a couple of light snacks and very close to the water intake I needed. I did not exercise a lick though. I went from sitting to sitting to sitting to sitting regardless of what I was doing. And I felt awful all day. Grouchy, annoyed and lethargic. When will I learn?
No movement on the scale, which is ok. 163lbs by Christmas is my mid-term goal. Today I feel like I will make that goal with ease.
Today I will not be a lazy lump.
