Well, there you go. The correction I was expecting. I did reasonably well on my diet, choosing beef stew and salad at the potluck dinner last night. Traditionally, this is where the frustration would start in for me, up 1.5lbs in a day and the negative thought process that follows. I gave myself a pep talk this morning in the shower and will have a great breakfast of eggs and spinach to start the day. Possibly up my exercise to get those endorphins going!

168.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.5 lb a week

When I went on vacation in October I ate what I wanted without guilt and enjoyed it immensely! Got home and had gained 10, yes 10, pounds! Hopped right back on WOE and to gym and in that next week lost the 10 plus 2 more. Moral of MY story is no guilt/negativity/beating up myself! Make choices, own choices, and carry on! Thankful every day that I know what I can do to make me the best I can be!
