only 5 days weights, as we were away with family over Fri- Sun. got on scales this evening just curious lol, shows a 6# gain !!! know that it's From sitting all day driving.. This week we'll get a better grip on wether or not the holiday meals had any real effects.. but even so, family time well worth it!!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
