Starting this yet again. I was down to 189 and of course, like always, I stopped eating right and stopped exercising. Here I am again. Praying that this time I can stick with it and I can get to under 190 within the next month. My goal is 175.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
