I'm overworked and overscheduled. I absolutely don't have time to commit to a regular exercise routine, and, if I did, I'm too tired and too overwhelmed to do it anyway. Don't get me wrong-I'm not giving up. I'm going to stay on Atkins and do it again and again.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
