Just started Atkins today! I have struggled with weight for a long time now. After being in college for 3 years I gained about 20-30 pounds. I am trying to get to a healthy weight and lose around 95 pounds. It's a tough goal to complete, but I am going to try my hardest.
We'll see how it goes...
