Well at least yesterday was a good day... Today sucked. I had to come home today to help my dad (he just had rotator cuff surgery) because my mom went to my grandparents for the day (unexpectedly). So I had breakfast at my house kind of a lot but was expecting to be at a football game all day so I didn't want to get hungry at the game and resort to eating something unhealthy. 3 eggs and pork roll for breakfast. Thennn I got the call saying to come home. Big breakfast for nothing. So I drive home and come home to a house filled with a majority of things I can't eat.
So for lunch I made grilled chicken and salad with bleu cheese dressing.
Then it all went down hill. I cracked and had to have a chip. Which turned into like 15 chips. A few hours later I had a piece of corn bread. And a diet 7up.
Overall I'd say today was a gigantic failure.
I feel pretty sick though from the carbs so I don't think I will be straying away anymore.
So that's the story of my awful diet day.

Even though it is only day two, I feel pretty successful.
Yesterday I had way under my net carbs, which I'm not really sure if that is a good thing.
For breakfast this morning I had 3 eggs, 1 piece of pork roll and one of the cracker barrel cheese sticks shredded on top. All for only 1 carb! I am very full and satisfied.
I will probably only use 2 eggs in the future though and am going to buy the reduced fat cheese. I feel like even though it's all low carb I don't want to consume that much fat.
Probably going to have salad for lunch with grilled chicken, mushrooms, cucumbers and oil/vinegar dressing.
Dinner I have no idea yet, so far away! I'm thinking about spaghetti squash but I only really like it with tomato sauce which I would need to go pick up from the store (and find one that is low carb/sugar).
Well hopefully I won't stray too much today!

Just started Atkins today!
I have struggled with weight for a long time now. After being in college for 3 years I gained about 20-30 pounds. I am trying to get to a healthy weight and lose around 95 pounds. It's a tough goal to complete, but I am going to try my hardest.
We'll see how it goes...
