Bit lacking on the Exercise front the last wee - oh and I ate half a family sized Stollen!! At least the weight stayed the same!! :) Feel like I dodged a fat coated bullet !!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
