Did take off--starved for two days and lost 1.2. I could have done that without take-off. Not too impressed!!! I guess I need to remember that any loss is a good thing. Getting soooo close to my goal. I am going to kick up the exercise and see what happens. Now I'm thinking I want to keep going and get to 170. We'll see.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our bodies do what they want to. I AM convinced of that!!! LOL

I am doing Take Off this weekend and NO , it is not easy. It does not always show up immediately though. Sometimes it takes a few days. Hang in there. It works. This is my 3rd time to do take off and it really seems to help me when I hit a plateau.

I am doing Take Off this weekend as well. This time though they allowed me to have fat free salad dressing and unlimited non fat cooking spray. The times before that I was not allowed to have that so I am so happy to be able to enjoy the green vegetables with some taste to it. Hopefully this take off gets me back on track.
