Hi! I live in Tennessee and I am a high school teacher. This is my 21st year of teaching. I have been happily married for 24 years. We have one son who just turned 18 and is moving away to college in August. :( I love to travel and JAMAICA is my favorite spot. I love reggae music, especially Bob Marley. I also love cats, movies, t.v., reading, and spending time at the pool or beach. I am currently on the LA Weight Loss Program.

Vitamins?
I use One-A-Day Weight Smart multi vitamins! Much cheaper and works well! Good luck!

Losing motivation since switch!
You know your own body. I would suggest maybe cutting out the bars for while. Cutting out 2 bars is a lot of calories to cut! You don't want to cut out any of your proteins, starches, or fruits! (I use Luna Bars but I never eat more than once a day). Also pick up your exercise. That helps a lot! Don't give up! Good luck!

splenda
I bought and read the book Skinny Bitch too. Very depressing. According to these girls, we must live on lettuce! LOL They are vegetarians. Funny book, but not very helpful. I will stick with my LAWL plan! Smile

Diet Coke
I agree. Before I started the program I was hooked on Diet Dr. Pepper. Now, after 91 days on the program, I might have one a WEEK. Getting in more than 64 ounces of water a day doesn't leave a lot of room for soda and when I DO drink soda, I find that I retain water. Its another positive lifestyle change I have made on the program. Smile

protein
And remember you don't HAVE to eat a protein at b'fast (I am a big oatmeal eater). Just get in your proteins the rest of the day. You can always have a bigger serving for lunch or dinner to get in the required amount.
