It's been about 4 years now and I've gained most of the weight back that I lost that fall. I haven't decided if I'm starting back on track or not but I'll kick the idea around for awhile.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
