i don't understand exactly :S atkins makes you switch to your own diet or is too hard for you?  

no.. lol this fatsecret website I meant.. :-) LOL I love the atkins diet.. I have been doing the calor counter on my phone then signed up to this sight and synced everything over and it had me on my own diet...(listed diet that is) I switched it in my profile to atkins.. then today I noticed it was switched back to my own personal diet.. So I had to swithc it back again to say atkins diet.. 

oooooooo lool now i got it,, just remove your old diets and stick with the one you have now ,, don't forget to save . . .
