Blood pressure was through the roof yesterday.. 132/110 and Dr's were worried. I'm worried.. and I think that may be making it worse.

I find trying to eat my allotted kilo joules hard.. I'm used to all my kJ's being made up of junk food and not having any junk food in the house just makes me think 'Meh.. I'm not hungry then'.. when I'm worried if I eat too little when I plateau I'll have nowhere to go..

Anyway.. try to stay positive. Try not to stress. Try to eat!
299.2 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 78.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try "healthy" versions of your favorite foods? There's must be plenty of recipes online for specific foods that also happen to lower blood pressure. Just don't fall into the trap of where you're only "hungry" when there's junk food in the neighborhood. You'll just be undermining yourself. Good luck. Staying positive with you!
