For the past couple weeks, I haven't done very well with my eating and exercise. I've been struggling with cravings like crazy and I've been so fatigued lately too. The one thing I've been somewhat happy about though is that my weight has been pretty steady and I'm usually around 136 to 138 most of the time. I'm starting again today and I'm getting my eating back in order and I'm going to start tracking my calories again. I let myself be lax about what I ate and didn't restrict myself when it came to high-calorie food. I have no regrets and in a way, I'm happy that I let myself just eat what I wanted without any guilt. I enjoyed myself and I think it was really good for my state of mind. I'm also going to go to the gym tonight and have made a goal for myself to go at least 3 times this week, which is completely possible. So far, I've been pretty proud of what I've accomplished since the start of my journey, back in the beginning of May and I can't wait to see more changes, both physically and mentally.
