Did HEAPS of heavy garden wok yesterday and just wanted to weigh in today to see if it had any affect. Quite happy!

I did only get about 5 hours sleep.. very broken, so still need to work on that (would probably help if I closed the bedroom door so the cats stopped coming in to crawl / sleep / fight on top of me through the night..).

Looks to be a wet rainy day today so housework on the agenda to burn those calories..
302.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
