change from the calorie type 4-3 diet worked for a time, but living with 500kcal on a day then all you can eat on the other means you can eat what you like but after 6 months find myself eating more and more and find myself with less energy, New diet change my eating habits for good, no more calorie counting so eat when your hungry but eat the correct stuff 50% protein diet keep carbs lower than fat 2-3pound loss a week feel full, make time to make more meals...
