One week down.. quite proud of myself.. walking each morning and almost every afternoon for at least 30 mins at a time. Finding it hard to eat my daily allowance as I'm used to feeding my face with high calorie potato chips, pasta or breads and fats.. but not having any in the house means when I get hungry I look in the cupboard / fridge find nothing so have water and some carrot sticks.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
