Rocking and rolling!! As much as I hate running, it seems to help. I also think that by keeping my calories closer to 2000 my body is feeling better and recovery is happening quicker. Not to mention that my workouts are stronger. I have also added HIIT training in to my regimen. This allows me to do a normal workout with P90x and then get in at least 1 10-15 min workout to keep my metabolism up. If you haven't tried HIIT's in you workout give it a try.I am down 2-lbs with a high calorie intake!!! good luck to everyone!

Congrats on the weight loss! And with more calories too, that's great. I hear the P90X is pretty tough? I have tried HIIT on the elliptical before. But it's been a while :) Glad to hear the extra calories are helping!
