I went up a little bit, not what I was hoping for. I was told it might have been those 2 starches I doubled up on the night before. I didn't think it was that bad to do. And she told me to stop eating bananas because they are full of sugar and have oils in them and I've been eating 2 a day for a couple of weeks now. So I'm making a couple of changes, and hopefully I will see a change when I weigh in on Friday afternoon. I'm almost there, but it seems the last 15lbs just don't want to go away. I've gotta keep it up and keep on truckin'!
192.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

It's ok Brandi, but yes, I would stay away from the bananas. I usually only have those every three weeks or so. I usually eat, 15 grapes, apples (already cut in a package, RED ones) and 12 strawberries. I also eat cantelope alot, but those are a high glucose so I don't eat that all of the time. Try to put 15 grapes in a small snack size baggie and freezing them, my kids love them. Or put your bar in the microwave to melt it and dip your strawberries in it like chocolate covered ones.

Brandi, switching your foods will help. You're so close to your goal! I know when I eat the same thing day in/out my weight loss is stagnant. Hang in there.

I am having a banana today! Wooohoooo.......I try to get a lot of variety in my plan, but I am running out of protein variety to do in the morning. I just cannot see myself eating meat in the morning. Keep up the good work cutie!!! I am off to the grocery to get grapes, pineapple, mango and other good fruits this weekend! Apples and pears are starting to get boooooring. LOL.
