Good Evening Dear Diary. Well, here I am trying so hard to lose this excess weight, but I fear that with my age/menopause/metabolism and the list just goes on and on -- blah, blah, blah. I feel wonderful, even though I'm not exactly losing the weight as fast as I would like. Well that's about it. I'll keep writing in my diary and keep doing my low carbing.
