I haven't weighed this in years. I really didn't do much different in terms of diet and exercise. Not complaining though! Maybe it was the turkey and kale soup I made for dinner last night. Maybe its the stress. Maybe it's both. Yay for my lowest weight in a long time :-)
133.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
