Did a 7.4 km walk and it only took me and hour and 20mins, so happy with that effort. Weight is SLOWLY coming off, better than nothing.
218.9 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
